To enhance voicemail capabilities and offer new features, the Brightspeed voice messaging service will be updated beginning in January 2024 and voicemail will transition to the new service through March 2024. |

There is no price impact related to this voicemail system improvement. Please download and save any important voice messages that you want to keep. Voicemails in the current system will not be moved to the new system, and we want to ensure you don’t lose any important messages. |
