We’re making significant strides in our systems transformation initiative. Conversion One for Georgia and Michigan was successfully completed, enhancing our network and processes in those 2 states. Conversion Two is tentatively set to begin in February 2025. It includes the following states: Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Planning is also underway for Conversion Three, which will include the following: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.

James Ferruso
Sales Manager, Public Sector
James is the results-orientated professional who leads our inside sales team—supporting K-12, higher education, local/county government, and rural healthcare customers throughout Brightspeed’s 20-state footprint. He has worked with government customers for the past eight years in telecommunications, software sales and business development and plays a pivotal role in delivering impact results. James holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida.
Lisa Bestel Lisa leads our Customer Success team, ensuring exceptional support for customers by addressing complex issues, driving retention and renewals, and optimizing revenue growth. With 40 years of experience in the telecommunications space (Northwestern Bell, USWest, Qwest, CenturyLink, Lumen and Brightspeed), she has held roles spanning sales, technical coordination, and leadership. Lisa has successfully established and managed teams—showing expertise in operations and customer relationships. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Winona State University |
