To enhance voicemail capabilities and offer new features, the Brightspeed voice messaging service will be updated beginning in January 2024 and voicemail will transition to the new service through March 2024.

 

Important – No Price Change::
 

There is no price impact related to this voicemail system change. Please download and save the voice messages that you want to keep. Voicemails in the current system will not be moved to the new system and we want to ensure you don’t lose anything important.
