Brightspeed is just a few weeks away from completing our first year as a new company. These are exciting times for our team as we reach that milestone and we’ll be sharing more on our anniversary details soon. We’ve faced plenty of challenges and gone through some tremendous growth since those first days of operation. The team has had great interactions with our customers and learned plenty about how we can best support your needs going forward. |

Wholesale Customer Forum. |
Brightspeed Business will host a Wholesale Customer Forum on Tuesday, 9/26 to provide our wholesale customers with information specific to the first year of operations. We will introduce the current team supporting wholesale and cover some of the ongoing initiatives that impact customers. |
This session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and allows attendees to view presentation material and ask questions. |

As your internet solutions provider, we are committed to continuous improvement and helping to ensure processes are as seamless as possible. As part of this effort, we want to remind you of the correct locations for sending in payments to Brightspeed. |
Up until now, you have received credit for on time payments that were mistakenly sent to Lumen. Going forward it will be important for you to make payments based on instructions below to ensure your payments are properly credited and you avoid any possible late fees. Please use these instructions when making payments. |

Wholesale: Systems Transformation |
Following the close of our transaction in October 2022, Brightspeed communicated that we would operate on a replicated version of the existing OSS infrastructure with Lumen under a TSA agreement for a period not to exceed 24 months. It has always been a part of our transformation plan to migrate from these replicated systems to a new, purpose-built system for Brightspeed and our customers. This new systems stack will be designed to simplify your customer experience, optimize our solutions support, and modernize how we leverage technology. |
Over the coming weeks we will continue to update you throughout this system transition to ensure you remain informed of our plans. |
INCOMPAS Show 2023 |
The Brightspeed Carrier and Wholesale teams will be attending this year’s INCOMPAS Show in Tampa, Florida. We will be in Booth 100, which is just left as you enter the exhibit hall. Please stop by to say hello if you are attending. |
Brightspeed Business will also be co-hosting a private customer event with Ciena on the night of Monday, October 9th. For full details on this special event, please reach out to your Wholesale Account Manager with Brightspeed. |
