  • Following the close of our transaction in October 2022, Brightspeed communicated that for a period not to exceed two years, we would operate on a replicated version of existing OSS infrastructure under Transitional Services Agreements (TSA) with the legacy company. It has always been a part of our transformation plan to migrate to systems that are purpose built for Brightspeed to simplify our customer experience, optimize our solution support, and modernize our approach to technology.

  • LSR and Local Number Portability (LNP) ordering will be restricted for Conversion Three states from July 18, 2025 to August 3, 2025. Orders may not have a due date set during the Embargo Period.

  • LSR and LNP orders may be submitted to Neustar during the restricted period with a due date of August 4th or greater and will be placed in a held status until completion of the embargo on Monday, August 4, 2025. 

  • In the event we do encounter an issue during the conversion, we will contact you directly. Brightspeed expects due date modifications to be minimal during this time.

  • Conversion One and Conversion Two states will process as normal.
