  • Following the close of our transaction in October 2022, Brightspeed communicated that for a period not to exceed two years, we would operate on a replicated version of existing OSS infrastructure under TSA agreement with the legacy company. It has always been a part of our transformation plan to migrate to systems that are purpose built for Brightspeed to simplify our customer experience, optimize our solution support, and modernize our approach to technology.

Will Orders get rejected if the DDD falls into the embargo period (10/20-11/4)? 

Yes, there will be an error message for Michigan and Georgia LSR/LNP orders with DDD’s that fall within that range.

After 10/20/24, should customers send Orders to Brightspeed or EASE?

Any orders outside of Georgia or Michigan should continue to be sent to the current ordering system.  For MI/GA, the orders are to be sent to Neustar but they will be held during the Embargo period.
