Choosing to opt-out

You have choices about how we use your information for marketing and advertising purposes. To learn more, click an option.

If you don't want to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe.

Voice customers may limit how we use a type of personal information called Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). For more information about CPNI, click here.

Do Not Call – Federal rules allow you to place your phone number on the National Do Not Call registry to prevent telemarketing calls to registered phone numbers. Certain states have similar laws and maintain their own registries. Brightspeed also maintains its own internal Do Not Call registry. If you do not want to receive sales calls from Brightspeed, you can ask us to place your telephone number on Brightspeed’s internal Do Not Call registry. Please allow 30 days for your request to take effect.
