With the Brightspeed Refer a Neighbor program, you can earn a virtual prepaid Mastercard every friend who signs up for Brightspeed Fiber and remains active for 90 days. Your friends benefit too – they get a virtual prepaid Mastercard too! To get started, enter your email address to verify that you are eligible to participate. Once you click enter, you are assigned a unique referral code/share link, which allows us to track all your referrals and ensure you received your rewards. Then select how you want to share your link and start sharing. If a friend clicks on your link and signs up for Brightspeed Fiber and remains active for 90 days, you'll earn your reward.

You must be an active Brightspeed residential Fiber customer. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the US to earn a reward. Additionally, your friend must be a new customer.

You'll receive a stats email showing how many shares, clicks, and referrals you’ve completed and how much you've earned from the program. You can also click My Stats, found under the sharing options to view your referral dashboard.

You will receive your referral bonus approximately 2-4 days after your friend has met the 90-day requirement.

Once your friend has signed up for Brightspeed Fiber and remained active for 90 days we'll send you an email with your virtual prepaid Mastercard.
