I’m hearing a fast busy dial tone. What do I do?
This indicates that you have an unheard voicemail. To access your voicemail, press *98 from your phone handset, or call your 10-digit Fiber Voice number from another phone.
I’m having choppiness or intermittent audio failure on calls? What do I do?

My phone isn’t working. What do I do?
Verify that there is power to the outlet
Verify that the base of a cordless device is plugged in and each of the cordless handsets have been fully charged
