Notifications can be super-helpful for important Brightspeed Fiber account information. You can choose which ones you want to get from us, including:
Click on the 'Account' tab at the top of the Home screen, then scroll down to 'Communication preferences.' You can toggle each option on/off to make your choices.
1. After signing in, select 'My Account' from the top menu.
2. On the 'My Account' page, find the 'Communication preferences' section. Check the boxes for the notifications you want to receive, then select 'Save changes.'
