Total Home Internet Controls is a state-of-the-art network management tool to help you control and protect your home network. Control which devices get priority bandwidth, manage screen times, and track data usage, while also enjoying 24/7 proactive protection from viruses, hackers, and network intrusions. Total Home Internet Controls includes two applications: Experience IQ and Protect IQ.
ProtectIQ and ExperienceIQ services can be added to your Brightspeed Fiber service by purchasing the Total Home Internet Controls package. Add-on purchase is available via the My Brightspeed account management portal or by contacting customer care via chat or call at +1 (833) 692-7773.
