The Brightspeed WiFi mobile App puts you in control of your Brightspeed Fiber service. Using the Brightspeed WiFi mobile App, you can manage your home’s Wi-Fi, test the health of the Brightspeed Fiber service, manage Cybersecurity with the optional ProtectIQ add-on and configure the advanced user experience features included with the optional ExperienceIQ add-on such as device and application prioritization, content and application filtering, and advanced parental controls.
All components of Brightspeed Total Home Internet Controls require you to download the Brightspeed WiFi app. You will need to create a separate account within the Brightspeed WiFi app and follow the app instructions.
Note: Select app features are only accessible if included in your plan or if you have subscribed to them. If you are interested in enabling additional features, they can be added via the My Brightspeed account management portal or by contacting customer care via chat or via phone at +1 (833) 692-7773.
