Brightspeed's all-in-one modem/router, also referred to as a gateway, allows you to connect your WiFi-enabled devices to the internet without additional equipment. Our newest premium WiFi gateways are shown below.

If you’re an internet-only customer, you may be able to order a new modem online.

Here's how to check: Sign in to My Brightspeed and find "Internet" under the Services tab. Then look for an "Upgrade Modem" link to go to online ordering. If you don't see the link, you can't order online at this time, but you may still be eligible for an upgrade. Call or chat and an agent will help walk you through the process.

When you choose to lease or purchase a modem while ordering internet service, we will automatically pair you with the right gateway, based on the internet technology and speed available at your address.

In addition to the newest models listed above, below are some models that are considered "newer" and are tested and certified to work with Brightspeed internet service. Full compatibility depends on speed and internet technology.
